Employment Opportunities
RST employs full-time and co-op students to work on projects for its clients. All of RST’s employees are skilled at writing programs and have the opportunity to work in a variety of assignments. Typical work normally includes:

• Database development
• Client interaction
• Support
• Maintenance of existing products
• Documentation
• Developing and providing some amount of training (to be given to clients)
• Debugging of projects

Individuals usually establish responsibility for a particular project, and develop a relationship with RST’s client. Upon occasion, this may include travel.
