This is the screen where the total hours worked and employee wage rate gets entered to caluclated the dues owed. If the employee has already been entered in the database, you only have to enter the person's name and the other personal data is automatically filled in. If you need to add a new employee to the system, you can click on the Add Employees button and conveniently do it there. If the employee has a job description that does fit the preexisting ones, you can also add a new job class by selecting the Add Class button. The field on the bottom of the screen calculates important statistics like the gross amount owed , total dues and other important information that is calculated from the entered data.
