Strong Memorial Hospital

RST has performed a lot of work for Strong Memorial Hospital, particularly the Occupation Medicine division. This part of the hopsital deals with patients who have injured themselves while working or for patients who need non-injury job related medical work done such as physical exams, drug testing, etc. Occupational Medicine had been using an old database designed with Paradox for DOS, and they needed an upgrade. We designed their new system based on the old using Microsoft FoxPro for Windows. They have found it much easier to use the graphical interface, and much more intuitive.

This part of Occupational Medicine handles only people from outside the hospital. Currently this is the only part we have upgraded to Microsoft FoxPro for Windows.

Occmed

This part of Occupational Medicine handles only hospital workers. The patients need special care such as more immunizations, allergy records, and some hospital workers need special respirators fitted to themseleves inorder to keep them safe on the job. All this is done through this part of Occupational Medicine. RST has not yet upgraded this section to Microsoft FoxPro for Windows.
